To ensure the highest quality of service and an individual approach to clients in the Caucasus region, we are looking for a local recruiter in Tbilisi.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients on open positions
- Managing 10+ vacancies simultaneously (specialists, managers)
- KPI: closing at least 4 positions per month
Our ideal candidate:
- Understands the specifics of the local labor market
- Has at least 2 years of recruitment experience, including successful remote work; ready to transition to our office in Tbilisi in the future
- Speaks Russian at B1–B2 level, Georgian, Armenian (English and/or Spanish are a big plus)
