Remote Recruiter (based in Tbilisi)

To ensure the highest quality of service and an individual approach to clients in the Caucasus region, we are looking for a local recruiter in Tbilisi.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients on open positions
• Managing 10+ vacancies simultaneously (specialists, managers)
• KPI: closing at least 4 positions per month

Our ideal candidate:

• Understands the specifics of the local labor market
• Has at least 2 years of recruitment experience, including successful remote work; ready to transition to our office in Tbilisi in the future
• Speaks Russian at B1–B2 level, Georgian, Armenian (English and/or Spanish are a big plus)
