We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and standardize a sophisticated wealth management platform that we're transforming into a white-label solution for multiple financial entities. You'll work on complex financial workflows (KYC/AML, account management, transactions) while building robust APIs and services that will serve as the foundation for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. THE PLATFORM Wealth management solution handling client onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, investment accounts, agent/broker management, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance. We're building back-office admin tools and client self-service portals.
TECH STACK:
● Java Spring Boot REST APIs
● PostgreSQL database with complex queries and transactions
● Keycloak authentication (OAuth2/JWT)
● Maven for dependency management

WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Design and implement REST APIs for financial workflows
● Build complex business logic for KYC/AML, transactions, and compliance
● Architect backend for white-label multi-tenancy
● Implement robust data models and database schema design
● Ensure data integrity, security, and audit trails
● Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
● Optimize database performance and query efficiency
● Write comprehensive tests (unit, integration, API tests)
● Reduce technical debt and improve code quality
REQUIRED SKILLS
● 5+ years backend development with Java and Spring Boot
● Strong understanding of Spring ecosystem (Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring Web)
● REST API design and implementation best practices ● PostgreSQL (transactions, indexes, optimization) ● Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
● Experience with financial or regulated systems
● Git, Docker, and CI/CD basics
