Comitela LTD is looking for a Project Manager in construction

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of construction and renovation projects in Cyprus - from planning to handover to the customer.

Main tasks:

• Full project management;
  
• Budget, deadline and quality control;
  
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers;
  
• Organization of procurement;
  
• Control of compliance of works with documentation and standards;
  
• Maintenance of technical documentation and reporting;
  
• Communication with customers;
  
• Operative resolution of technical and organizational issues.
  

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in construction project management;
  
• Implemented projects with a budget of over €200,000;
  
• Mandatory portfolio;
  
• Knowledge of construction technologies and processes;
  
• Google Sheets and AutoCAD;
  
• fluent English and Russian;
  
• Greek will be an advantage;
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
